My previous post was removed and I am not sure why. To start the actually interview process was very unusual, I was sat down in a room with three people who all were not interested in the interview. The most senior employee was smoking an e cig for the duration of the interview and walked out as I was speaking and did not provide any input in the interview and just spun around in his chair smoking silently. The other two were younger professionals who actually were taking the interview seriously. It was a very quick interview with no real questions asked.
