I first met with the hiring manager. He wanted to get to know me a bit more and discuss what his goals were for the position. He also, for this first interview, had set up time with many of the key employees in other departments that this position would interact with. Everyone at the company was very friendly. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs and were excited to belong to this team. I was there at the office for at least 3 hours.
