Interview process was lengthy (5+ touch points) but moved along quickly. Most of the team seemed very engaged, however hiring manager for this position did not come across as an "I want to empower and support my team" type, but rather arrogant, condescending, and dismissive. I don't believe she has any leadership experience and it shows, but that of course is typical in startups.

Starts off great with a phone screen, and then you're moved to the next round with the VP of sales. Took a little while to schedule but eventually it made it to the calendar.
