I was interviewed by my direct supervisor who is the senior engineer in the company. He started by asking me if I have questions for him, which surprised me a lot. Luckily I did prepare some questions for him. So after self introduction, he started to answer my questions and explain what does the company mainly produce etc. He was patient and friendly. He also asked me about my interest and wanted to find out if I was really interested in the research area related to my position. The interview went on for about 45 minutes and it was a pleasant one I have to say.
