I had two HR rounds to understand the fitment. Both the discussions went good, the TA took 2 weeks time to share basic information regarding the company like reportees for the role, some brand names etc. For the next round I was suppose to meet the Head, when I had called to confirm about the visit - I was given the news that I have been rejected because of "Internal Dynamics" of the organization. The TA explained that I have lesser number of years of work experience so they won't be taking forward my profile. Funnily, they knew my number of years of work experience right from the start, so they should not have gone ahead with my candidature at all. Overall the process happened for 1 month, without any movement.
