There were only two round, technical and managerial. At technical round met one of the rude interviewer which is fine as I have met few of those kind before. But the most interesting part of the interview was when he informed me that they have IIT/ NIT graduates who have two year of experience but can work 5 year experience work. Now I did not understand which 5 year experience employee he is pointing to. And if he need the work to be done by IIT/NIT level employee then why waste our time. Also a suggestion, if they want the work to be done faster, why don’t they hire from MIT and Harvard instead of IIT and NIT.

Only HR interview including Q&A about soft skills... They first asked three question by the interview invitation. Then, we discussed the answers in the interview. It was not bad, but still I was not inited for next step.

Interview was simple questions only but the man who took interview had hell lot of attitude, he thinks women are not good in anything and world revolves around him. I did highlight this to HR of that company. No clue what action they took
