First the company sets up a phone screening. After the phone screening, a recruiter may reach out to you. You may be emailed to be brought in for an interview. The company will try to bring you in within a couple of weeks.

Very technical-oriented interview, with only a few behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions related to the job description. Not too difficult but be prepared for rapid fire chemistry questions.
