I was interviewed by the supervisor for this position, and he seemed genuinely thrilled when speaking about the company and how he likes it. It was an engaging conversation, and he asked me great questions relevant to the role. Situational questions, and personality questions.

Internal Job Interview-very informal and conversational. Only spoke with the hiring manager. Heard back with an offer after 2-3 days. Had already met the hiring manager before which made it easier.
