Recruiter --> hiring manager --> panel interview. Recruiter was basic, explained location, hours, benefits, hiring speed. Hiring manager (also on 6-person panel) determined if you met job description, discussion of resume. Panel was rough. 6 people, 45m blocks, prepare to take off for the day. Panel drilled me on specific technical questions and behavioral. Group is research use only and entering the regulated market. They were looking for a resource to help them along as they have no prior experience. I'm a research coordinator at a clinical site with no exposure to IVD studies or direct FDA interaction, I routinely interact with CROs, vendors, and subjects. Trying to move up into the CRO or like space but Thermo wanted someone less introductory. Jealous of the new hire!

Intital phone screening with recruiter - basic questions. Was informed there would be one more interview with LM and their manager within a week, however have been ghosted for a whole month and still no response. Disappointing is an understatement.
