Phone screen at first with many different questions mostly about experience and general outlook. Trying to get a feel for the candidate. Later call with hiring manager but not a lot of questions. A little of a bad attitude.

Very straight forward. Applied on the website and heard back less than a month for the phone interview. A site interview was scheduled later that next week. Met with the director, manager, other supervisor, and HR. Each section was 30 minutes. HR focused more on behavior hypotheticals while the other 3 asked more questions about technical skills and experience.
