It was one telephone interview with HR at about 30 min. Then the first video interview with a HR was 30 minutes. The second interview was online presentation at about 30 min with three them members. Then 3 individual interviews with team members. In total it lasted about 2 hours.

The interview felt less like an interview and more like a conversation. It was informative, and they led with the types of things they were looking for or why they were asking the question when asking behavioral questions

Very rushed experience with terrible communication, both from the hiring manager and the recruiter - wasn't given a chance to meet with other team members/collaborators, despite asking. Terrible offer and benefits (below market base salary, 1 year for 401k match to kick in, no equity). Would NOT recommend.
