I had a call with the recruiter and then an interview with my immediate supervisor and two other senior members of the Contracts department. The second interview went pretty smoothly, they asked me questions about myself and my skills.

The interview process was very detailed and structured. It lasted almost 1 hour with the Hiring Managers and 30 minutes with the HR Department. The questions were related to experience and education
