The interview process took two months. First, I had an interview with HR, and a month later, one with the managers. They told me they would contact me with feedback, but it has been another month, and I still haven't received an answer from HR. They don’t reply to any of my emails—I just need a resolution. Treating candidates this way only harms the company and its reputation. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to respond to an email from someone they might consider hiring. I assume the role is no longer available, yet they keep posting it on LinkedIn, which makes it even more frustrating (and humilianting)
