Es war zunächst einmal ein generelles Kennenlernen, Gespräch war nur auf 25 Minuten angesetzt. Termin für das Interview wurde sehr knapp ausgemacht, die Einladung kam genau einen Tag vor dem vorgeschlagenen Termin.

The first interview was online - standard stuff, getting to know each other. In the second step, there was a workshop day with about 8 applicants, getting involved in some practical tasks.
