5 to 6 meetings with different levels of management and the team leader. The process was very pleasant, and the response was very efficient. Some of the interviews included theoretical questions, there was an online test, and some were general personal meeting.

HR Interview
The home assignment was remote, and they gave me 4 hours to complete it. It had to be done during office hours. To accommodate this, I had to take a half day off from my current job so I could work on the assignment during the specified hours. However, after I completed the assignment, they never got back to me!
They did not respond to my email, not the HR or the team lead. It felt like they just ghosted me. This has been an awful experience. I think the minimum they could’ve done was at least provide a response, not just disappear. But honestly, it’s probably for the best, because if this is how the recruitment process works, I can imagine the company culture might not be great either.
