I submitted my resume directly to the manager responsible for the Third Age internship program, and was invited to come into the office for an interview a few weeks later. The interview itself was very laid-back and comfortable. My interviewer was a nice guy. He asked me a couple questions regarding my past work experience, let me know what the job entailed, and I was out the door in about 15 minutes.
