completed an application form, then was sent psychometric tests to complete then heard absolutely nothing back. I was offered to speak to and called the head of sales who didnt respond from her invitation to discuss the interview. very poor from a company i had a better opinion of. I may have been overqualified for the role I have no idea considering zero response even after i followed up to get the results back from the tests. If this is how they run their company then they will need more than luck to even compete with SHL and other competitors.

The first phase of the interview consists of a 45 minute logic, language and spatial reasoning test. Don't expect any further communication unless you're invited to the second phase. Reason they don't reply is because failing you on the basis of that test is legally in the grey area. They know it and mention it in articles aimed at employers.
