Review and practice how you answer these questions, it really helps when you are in the interview. First an HR recruiter does an initial phone screen; Second a Team Leader does a phone interview, about an hour; Third is a tour of the office, shadowing a call center employee and then interviewed by a Team Leader and Product Leader. It is about a three hour long process on-site.
