I had 3 rounds of interview with the team. The recruiter was really really really helpful. He explained how the organization functions and asked specific questions regarding my background. I appreciate how thorough he was. He explained the next steps properly. He was very responsive. The first round of interview was a coding exercise to validate my skills. It was clear and the engineers knew what they were talking about. As an experienced engineer, I appreciate the real questions they asked that every engineer face on a day to day basis. The second round was even better. I was asked to put together a technical design and explain my thought process. The questions were challenging but rewarding. I really enjoyed each question and I learnt a lot. The interviewers were real professionals who knew what they were talking about. The last interview was with the hiring manager. It was a great chance to talk about TR, my skills, and the role. I highly recommend TR and I can’t wait to start my journey with the team.

Coding - it was a medium question - I prepared a LeetCode-style question, but they asked a competitive type of question (I was able to figure out the logic but not the code) System Design round is based on the project that you have done, and then they expand it by adding more functionality. RAG Questions about Chunking, etc., overall workflow of the cloud. Job Fit Interview - Didn't pass the last round, so not sure. I asked for feedback multiple times, but HR didn't respond. I was sick for one of the interviews, and they were very helpful with rescheduling.
