Initially received a request to have a phone screening with the HR recruiter. He was very responsive and scheduled a time to proceed to the interview stage with two editorial managers. The Interview went positively and the managers were very easy to communicate with. However, moving forward I was completely ghosted. I was told to follow up, and that HR would remain in contact. No efforts were made to reach back out and connect. It's just disappointing to have to take time off work to interview and then not even be given the courtesy of a decision timeline or response.
