Colloquio

An IQ test followed by an over the phone interview that lasts about 45 minutes. The in person interview takes 3 hours. During the three hours you tour the building, listen to a few calls, answer your own call followed by the actual interview. Your interview is then reviewed by a team.

First had a telephone interview and then a face-to-face with two managers. Relatively informal with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and find out more about the company and the department.
