Within a 2 days, they replied because they found my CV impressive hence immediately set up an intervuew BUT a Pre recorded Video Interview which is rare these days. Evaluating an interviewee based on a pre recorded Video interview is not very useful process of hiring. Got back after 1 month, which is quite long.

Describe market trends, how would you communicate with a client, example of a successful project you carried out, example of a failure and how you overcome it, How would you evaluate or set KPI for yourself. Why should we Hire you. Quite ironic as they claim they want fresh graduate but want experience in sales or business development.
