It was a fairly smooth process. There was an initial screening, followed by a written test and then a panel interview. I received the offer from the HR pretty quickly and there was no negotiation.

I was asked to introduce myself, why i wanted the job and why i was the one they should hire, general awareness questions about my past experience, some pretty difficult scenario questions that were supposed to highlight my thinking process
