I was called for a phone interview. After 2 weeks, I was asked for another interview. This time, I was brought in for an interview with 1 lead, 1 manager, and a senior manager. The interview lasts about an hour focusing first on transferable skills; then on my background. Same questions were asked multiple times, and I was even asked about salary range by senior manager. I was also told of the many advantages of joining the company.
