They called me and scheduled an interview the next day. There was me and one other person, brand new company,no one in the office. Filled out a paper application and then took a typical wpm tying test. Was called back and asked basic questions that you get in a typical interview. The whole thing took less than an hour and was offered a job at the end of it.
