wrote a online test through HackerEarth through college placements, shortlisted and asked to come to Hyderabad ThoughtWorks office on 8:30 am.
contains 3 rounds , each round is elimination round
- pair programming
- Technical interview
- cultural and Leadership round
In first round they gave a problem statement and give you 1.5 hrs time to solve it in particular intervals employees of ThoughtWorks will come and assess your work.
I got eliminated at 1st round.

Invited for an HR screening only to be immediately rejected for not having enough YOE. If this was a hard requirement why even schedule a call in the first place? A complete waste of time for both parties.

I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
