I applied to thoughtworks directly using their career option site. HR called me and briefed about the overall process of workshop based hiring. Got an online test first, which was based on rest api and had to solve that over couple of days. It was 4 levels and the difficulty was medium to high. Then i had called for a 2 day hiring workshop to one of their office. 1st day we started with a design exercise and then they gave a problem statement to design an overall application. The difficulty level of the application was high and the expectation out of the exercise was pretty high in terms of scalability and overall design modelling. We had to present that to couple of people from thoughtworks and it was an interactive session. 2nd day we started with some hands on coding exercise, the purpose of the same was to evaluate the coding skills and the design approach while developing. Also we had to present a challenging work we done in our past. Post workshop there was couple of coding rounds again which was sent over email. The difficulty was high with the problem statement. Post that there was couple of leadership rounds Another interesting round was with the culture fit round called as P3. Where we discussed about social issues and it was pretty good discussion. Finally i had the discussion with HR and again the discussion was pretty smooth here. ------ Now to retrospect my overall experience with thoughtworks interview. This was probably one of the best interview i have taken up in recent times. The people were very clear about what they were looking for and they gave ample time for us to express ourself with out any apprehension. Also i felt they were not compromising quality, but they had a nice way to probe the candidate perfectly, The overall convenience to attend the interview was also very high, HR planned the time pretty well including the my vehicle got permitted inside the tech park. (Generally it is not the case with every other company)

1 online test, 3 technical rounds, social values round, leadership round. I did not clear the last technical round. Could answer all his questions. Need to be really thorough with your skill sets
