People claim it's really difficult, but I think it truly vets out the weaker folks. I thought it was pretty decent. The first real interview (non-recruiter) was pretty standard with scenario; just remember STAR responses. About an hour of prep work was required for the Case interview. The final interview was mostly used to determine if any of their concerns about you are real, so ask the recruiter ahead of this one what feedback you've had up to this point.

The interview process was consistent off four Interviews, very well thought and friendly. Preparation is a must. Everyone interviewing is very committed to make the experience a great one. So far the best one I've ever had.
