1. Code Pairing Round: We were given the Joy of Energy repository code to review beforehand. During the interview, we implemented an API, such as calculating the cost of energy from startDate to endDate. They evaluated us on code architecture, naming conventions, and overall coding practices.
2.Technical Round: This round involved basic OOP questions and a simple DSA problem, such as finding the maximum product of two numbers in an array containing both positive and negative numbers.
3.Cultural Round: We answered behavioral questions, such as how to motivate and support team members and discussed the societal impact of technology with real-life examples.

The interview process was so good such that I did not feel like I am being interviewed. It was like I was in a project discussion and getting asked to explain all the aspects of the project.

Recruiter screen - general chat 30 mins, recruiter was lovely and informative, then more in-depth technical screen 1 hour, info sent in advance. Not sure on full process as no offer given. Not the best experience, interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested, felt it was a rejection as soon as I joined the call, interviewer often said 'I wasn't looking at your screen', in quite an aggressive tone. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, to the point where I probably would think twice about using their services, if ever in the position to.
