Regular interview process, they actually approached me, I interviewed but then was ghosted despite following up multiple times. The job ad has been open for ages so seems like they are very unorganised and dont know what they are looking for.

Don’t waste your time applying. The recruiter emailed me to say she would like to arrange a call to progress my application, as our interview came I hadn’t heard from her yet, so I emailed asking if they are still planning on calling me. Didn’t even bother replying and it’s now 1 week later and still haven’t had the courtesy of a response, despite me sending another emailing expressing my frustration. Shows how much they value their prospective employees
