Prior to the in-person interview, I was given a large packet of materials to read and review. They asked general questions asked about my background, test scores, and work experience. They discussed their philosophy and talked about the difference between teaching and tutoring. They asked me to do an short, 10-minute lesson on one of the SAT subjects.
