Got an email regarding an interview for the following day which was a Saturday, ideal for me as Im a mum. Went to the interview and had a one to one interview then went onto a group interview which was fairly easy. Im naturally an out spoken and there were only 5 of us and I felt like I really stood out. At the end we were told that regardless if we pass or not we will get an email with feedback on the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and I was so curious that I sent the email the the guy who originally emailed every one and met us at the office. I got no response, no feed back. Now a week later still no response no feed back. Disappointed and frankly quite upset. I did really well in the interview, I was very open and talkative and have loads of experience on my cv. I asked for a weekend role which in the email I originally mentioned before confirming my interview, I received a response saying ‘Im sure we can accommodate to that’. I am a mum of two, I can only do weekends and incredibly eager to work. I had loads of experience and I’ve studied retail and customer service too. Im really up happy, I thought such a high end company would take us more seriously, its only brought me down.

First had in-person interview with Hiring manager in-store, then had second via Zoom with an HR person for the brand itself. Pretty straight forward, asked what is my favorite collection and why.
