Applied online Contacted for a MS Teams interview Ended up just being a phone call It was very difficult to schedule a video interview with the time frames I was given considering I still work full time. It was discouraging when I finally got the chance to schedule time to do a video interview, only to have it end up being a phone call - which I could have easily scheduled sooner. I was told on the call that they don’t like to move further with candidates who have to reschedule initial interviews, which bummed me out since it felt like I was disqualified from before that phone call even started due to my current working schedule that has limited flexibility. Not to mention, the first reschedule was due on their part for not being able to make it to our initial interview.
