I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screen. I then met with the VP, HR for a 2nd interview which went well. I was told I'd hear next steps the following week. I followed-up the following week as I had not heard anything and did not hear back. I followed-up again the following week on Tuesday, and then received a short email on Friday saying I should hear back the next week. It has now been 4 weeks since my interview and I haven't heard anything, and have been ghosted after several follow-ups.
