I didn’t necessarily apply, was referred by someone within the business. attended a 3 step interview process, 1st round was the psychometric test with some question that takes about 1-2 hours online and it is timed. 2nd stage was interview with engineering manager, HR and senior/ central project manager. 2nd round was with HR, Plant manager and engineering manager. Overall experience was calming and easy going. Although they kept quiet afterwards and never gave me feedback and I also did not follow up .
