Content moderator- Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Questions answered in a well and proper manner. The interview was quiet interesting. A lot of questions being asked as if like giving an assurance to candidate that they will get the offer. First interview was completed well and i received good compliments. Than received a sudden call for second interview but said its just a discussion only. Asked the same questions in second interview until candidate gets irritated. No neccesity in asking so much of stupid question which is not relevant to this job. There is no any special requirements needed to apply for this job since all candidates can apply if they interested too. After the interview ends, received an email stated that my application has been rejected. The reason was, my personality does not suits the job. Do you think the I won't get hurt? Please stop wasting all candidates precious time & energy without their resume getting reviewed and job background before interview! I'm unemployed now and applied for the job but they rejected me. All the people that i know are working in bytedance as content moderator even their personality & background do not suits the job. I have to say this, all the people interviewed me personally do not carry any professionalism at all. Totally worst experience.
