Whole recruiting process is a mess, my interview date got pushed back like 5 times because the recruiter apparently didn’t know how to schedule. Once a final date was met, the person that was i was meeting with didn’t even show to the zoom call. Super unprofessional, should have let me know beforehand. Mind you... I reached out to the recruiter and let her know the interviewer didn’t show, but I made it very clear that I wanted to reschedule the interview because I wanted a chance to prove myself. However, 3 days after sending that email, I received an email from the interviewer that the position had basically been almost filled and she was no longer able to interview me. Super unfair... especially because I never had a chance to even interview. Didn’t like how this recruiting process treated me. It was a mess and obviously unfair.
