By far the most unprofessional and worst interview experience. My second round was with peer review and not the HM which was a bit weird to me. The person interviewing took my interview on the train…as in on public transportation while surrounded by other people with their headphones in. They kept losing cell service and having to hang up. Eventually they continued the interview with the camera off and the loud train and people talking in the background the remainder of the time. It was disrespectful of my time and the interview process as a whole. A terrible representation of the company. After that, they auto-rejected me immediately the next day. And I didn’t bother telling HR since I was auto-rejected anyway.

O processo foi curto, quase 2 semanas de entrevistas. O problema é que passaram ate o final para depois dizer que nao era um fit correto para a empresa, sendo que isso deveria ser percebido nas primeiras entrevistas.

The scheduling of the call was very smooth and efficient. However, the interview with the reporting officer/line manager feels a bit rushed. It was shorter than the scheduled time and it seems like she was just asking questions on the list and moved on to next questions after my reply without much follow up or questions for clarification. I received the rejection email after a few days. Maybe they already had a candidate in mind but just needed to hit the quota for interviews.
