The interview process was pretty typical. First call with a recruiter, second call with a hiring manager, third call was a panel interview where you pitch TikTok to a client they let you select from a list. 3 rounds in total.

*This process was smooth til the final recruiter got involved. I got a verbal offer and he has not responded since June 2021. Its currently October. He also didnt know what role he was supposed to be extending an offer for and asked me "whats the lowest salary you would accept?" after having already given this information to the initial recruiter. He also said "Oh wow, I didnt realize you were so far in the process! This is the part where we extend an offer, I guess I should have read your file, huh?" He has never followed up since, despite my 7 emails following up, and is the sole reason I would never work at this company.

I had an initial screening, meeting with hiring manager and then had to do a case study presentation in front of panel interviewers follow by a Q&A session where they grilled me with questions

HR screener interview. The interviewer was friendly and posed the standard screening interview questions such as, tell me about yourself, run me through your resume, why TikTok. They also spent a good amount of time describing the scope of the role and structure of the team at a local and regional level. Overall positive experience.
