The interview was for a Producer role for the in house advertising agency of TikTok based out of London. The interview was well structured and at each stage the talent acquisition team made it clear who the interviewer would be and how I could prepare. There were 4 interviews in total.

Very laid back and relaxed. Seemed informal, they were building a new team so it felt a little but like an exploration more than an interview. I had three interviews and the last being with someone that just joined the team.
A very quick and introductory interview over video call - decided that relocating wasn’t worth it. A very simple 1st round interview with generic questions, just decided not to move forward but they were very polite.
