Hiring process is messy. I initially got an email from a recruiter asking me to answer some questions then she scheduled for an interview. During the interview she was not clear about the next steps she just asked questions right away. At the end I was not sure if we were over with the interview or not because she didn’t really said anything else to close the interview or anything. Honestly very unprofessional! The next day I received an email from the recruiting team asking for feedback and to share about my experience during the interview…..since they said it was anonymous feedback I shared my concern and gave a honest feedback then then next day I got a rejection email…soo I guess this anonymous feedback is not so anonymous… weird way of selecting candidates in my opinion.

Multiple rounds, nice people, final round is with the global director. Salary negotiation was the in the very last with HR. Overall pretty good experience. Took me coupe month though to finally got through. But offer letter came very fast.
