Interview after interview. No interview plan or structure. Everyone was very pleasant however the process dragged on for months. After 6-7 meetings with members of the team from China and Florida I received a template regret email which was disappointing.
recruiter screen with first screen, asked about analytics and data when interviewing that is the most imprtant quality they were looking for when interviewing me at the time. did not like the recruiter.
