The company conducted 5 rounds of interviews. The total process took around 2 weeks to complete. Some interviews were conducted in mandarin, overall it was a straightforward interview and positive experience.

There were a total of 4 Rounds Round 1 - HR Phone Call. They ask very generic questions of what your experience is, what you are looking out for - You are able to ask your questions in this round pertaining to what the role is about as well Round 2 - Peer Interview. This is where one of you potential colleague will interview you. They will ask you questions pertaining to the role, and how you will overcome such problems. Round 3 - Direct Report & Dotted Line Manager. This round will be a little more intensive as they ask more role specific questions. You don't have to get the right answer, but you must make sense of what your answer is and provide some justifications Round 4 - HR Business Partner. In this round they ask a little more about your career aspiration, and your expectation of your job. They may also ask you about your motivation to move.
