The interview was quite relaxed, the same person interviews me for the 2 rounds of interviews. After the fist round they gave me a task to present to the team. On the day, the people that were supposed to be there were not available so the interviewer asked to record the session. Anyway, I never heard back from them ever again. After the first interview I reached out after 2 weeks of complete silence asking for feedback and they replied saying that I had been selected for the second round. I could tell already there is a lack of commitment with the candidates. I presented loads of ideas, prepared a presentation which was recorded, and what I got in return was a massive silence. Also, the job is still being advertised after months and months. Even though the hiring manager mentioned the team has been under pressure due to lack of staff they still haven’t found their unicorn.
