I applied online on craiglist then got a response next day to come in for an interview. I went to fill in the paper work then went in for an interview. The interviewer asked me about my experience working with kids. I had no professional experience, so I was told that I wouldn't be getting a lot of hours starting off if I'm hired. Sometime later in the interview, I was then told that after experience, the hours would gradually increase and would get paid $14-$15 an hour, but wouldn't honestly recommend it as a main source of income and that it would suit better as a part time or side job.
