The hiring process at this company is horrendous to say the least. After 4 one-hour long interviews within a few days time, I was asked to come in for a 5th 90 minute "life overview" interview. Then I was told an additional 6th 30-minute interview would take place to ensure that a clear understanding of the job had been reached. Excuse me? I guess my competency and years of experience on top of the reference checks confirming my abilities weren't enough to convince this person. I withdrew my application.
