Unnecessarily long & drawn out interview process. I was pressed by almost the entire team on my compensation at my current job, which seemed inappropriate.i was promised the job on another subsequent interview phone call & by email from the owner, and then was ghosted. I did get “crazy” vibes from one member of upper management which gave me pause to work for the company.
