Very tough! Literally three step process that was tedious, but well-worth it. The three step process starts with a phone interview, then you come to meet the management. You do a group interview, one-on-one and finally they do a background check. I believe the entire process took more than 2 weeks so don't expect a quick decision. In fact, be patient.
