Thorough interview process involving multiple steps (I had 4 different interviews), as well as a take-home project requirement. Both ensured you met appropriate stakeholders, gave you a wide view of who you might work with and their views on the company, as well as allowed them to dig into different aspects on how you would contribute. They responded very quickly in between interviews and overall I was extremely impressed with the process. It made me excited to move forward each step and ultimately to start the role.
