i applied online then had 3 interviews. The first two interviews were in Bangkok and then the final interview was in Japan. The first interview was one to one interview, he was asked about my education background, my strength and weekness and my university. There were two interviews for my second round for two different position. the 2.1 round was a video interview and the 2.2 round was a face to face interview which had 2 interviewer who are engineer and HR from Japan. For the third round, they took me to the working site in Japan first then i had a interview there.
